Size Guide
1) Measure the circumference of the foot's arch, starting at zero on the tape at the left side of the foot and extending to the right side.
2)Measure the foot's length without rounding, from the back of the heel to the tip of the most prominent toe.
3)Determine the width of the foot (sole) by positioning zero at the tape's beginning, at the base of the first toe, and measuring to the base of the last toe.
